Store Manager 店鋪經理

• 維持店舖日常運作
• 管理同事日常工作
• 設定及達成公司定下的團隊銷售目標、個人KPI
• 定期設定及調整店鋪策略
• 簡報
• 有效控制店鋪成本
• 定期開會檢討及匯報店鋪業績 (與BUYER TEAM商討每季HOT ITEM / 來季入貨)
• 貨場及倉存管理以確保存貨充足
• 員工更表安排

工作要求:

• 流利廣東話、熟練的商業用普通話及英語
• １年或以上零售經驗會優先考慮（戶外運動品牌經驗優先）
• 歡迎性格進取，抱有樂於學習心態者，經驗不拘
• 對時裝有基本認識
• 提供親善有禮的顧客服務
• 工作地點: 尖沙咀
