Company Description

Our client is a global renowned high-end consumer brand who owns an extensive range of product portfolio. They are one of the fast-growing companies with young & energetic culture. They have achieved rocket sales growth in recent years. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for an Area Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct stores, consignment coun ters, and shop-in-shops and oversee the retail operations in HK and Macau, ensure the operations align with brand standards and business objectives
• Improve new store operation and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and staff productivity
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business target;
• Working with HR and Training department to develop training or coaching for the team and develop talents
• Work with marketing team on implement roadshow, store marketing campaigns and CRM programme

Requirement

• Bachelor degree
• 3 years experience in Store Manager experience with successfully track record
• Strong number and analytical sense
• Strong people management skills who can manage senior and junior front line staffs
• Open candidate from beauty & skincare/ FMCG/ fashion/ watch and jewelry background too
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
