In this position, you will:

  • Participate in business requirement gathering sessions to produce Business Process Flow and User Requirement related documentation (CRM, Complaint Handling System, Data Warehouse)
  • Develop dashboards to measure the customer feedback of customer programs/service offerings
  • Optimize all data processing mechanism in Complaint Handling System to improve data analysis for regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Complaint / Customer feedback – data collection and analysis
  • Project assistance & ad hoc task handling
  • Monthly reports preparation
  • Perform a wide range of customer-centric analysis including pre/post campaign analysis to understand how well a campaign has performed and whichtypes of customers are responded to it
  • Develop presentations consisting key findings, insights and actionable recommendations from analysis results
  • Monitor complaint trend to alert on potential complaint for preventive action.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Statistics, Information Technology, Marketing related disciplines or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in mobile telecom industry, few of which must be in supervisory level
  • Well organized, with analytical mind and good leadership skill. Tactful and customer-oriented, with positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, SAS and FoxPro; knowledge and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, BI tools
  • Willing to work under pressure, self-motivated and able to work on shift
