BIRDLAND (HONG KONG) LIMITED is a member of Jardine Restaurant Group Hong Kong, which operates the Pizza Hut, PHD and KFC franchise in Hong Kong and Macau with combined store footprint of over 200 stores and more than 9,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively support business and consumer insight analysis, translate findings into insights and actions, plus marketing plan development, implementation and evaluation;
  • Lead consumer/ category research studies to generate insight/ learning plus actionable next steps to support business developments;
  • Provide promotion & financial analysis – prepare business assumptions/ evaluation to support business decisions;
  • Assist in creating clear plans, targets, assumptions, continuous status tracking and result assessment for commercial initiatives;
  • Support marketing plan development/ implementation to achieve annual sales and profitability target;
  • Contribute on marketing calendar input and ensure AMP spending as of confirmed marketing budget;
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects/ financial analysis and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Consumer Research/ Retailing/ FMCG field with proven successful track record;
  • Strong analytical skills with business acumen;
  • Self-motivated and willing to drive change;
  • Effective communication with other departments/ external agencies in an effective manner;
  • Well-organized with strong project/ budget management skills;
  • Knowledge and experience of business analysis, consumer research and marketing campaign;
  • Knowledge of QSR market in HK is a plus;
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
