Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender document: pricing document, measurement for work contracts
  • Prepare Payment Applications to clients

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction or equivalent
  • 3 years or above of QS experience in construction projects
  • Estimating and tendering related knowledge and experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
