Job Description

A Well-known beer company in Hong Kong.

We are looking for high calibre sales professional to develop our beer business in Chinese Dining Channel and lead team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Planning

  • Understand the channel and allocate appropriate resources to secure sales result according to approved business objectives
  • Understand customer and consumer portfolio of key channel so as to recommend relevant business strategies for the achievement of their business plan

Account Management

  • Manage customer expectations from planning through execution to deliver profitable sales
  • Execute business plans for flagship and portfolio brands, including sales budget, product & trade marketing programs
  • Work with our business partners to deliver effective and profitable business plan in according to business objective. Communicate with different parties to ensure customer satisfaction effectively
  • Contribute to a successful business relationship

Target Achievement and Budget Management

  • Proactively monitor and control BTL spending and expenses spending
  • Suggest effective solutions to maintain spending in according to pre-confirmed business objectives
  • Plan, execute, monitor sales objectives in “SMART” format for subordinates to achieve pre-approved targets include Volume and Revenue

People Management and Development

  • Develop and coach sales person to ensure a competent team
  • Consistently monitors and evaluates sales performance
  • Identify sales performance gaps and opportunities for improvement

Talent Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in beer industry, Degree holder preferred
  • High-performing sales professional who holds a track record of over-achieving goals
  • Result-oriented and a problem solver with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Effective people management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Good computer literacy
  • More experience will be considered as Sales Manager
