Job Description
Key Responsibilities
– Front line representative of the Brand, responsible for managing the customer’s experience and selling products
– Maximize the sales of products, by achieving your own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets
– Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service
– Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs
– Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications
Requirements:
– Experience in luxury retail, preferably with sales background in watches and jewellery
– Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
– Cheerful, Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
– Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Customer & sales oriented
– Professional presentation
