Our client, headquartered both in Hong Kong and across the globe, with over thousands of employees spread across operations and offices in Europe and Asia. Our client has expanded to specialize in different aspects of courier and import & export shipment services to B2B account services.
To cope with further business expansion, they are now looking for Client Representative for their growing business.
Requirements and responsibilities:
Diploma with related or above.
Over 1 years solid working experience in calling service.
Experience in customer services and call centre preferable.
Responsible for appointment booking service via outbound calling correspondence.
Promote wide range of logistic express service to prospects.
Handle client servicing and strong negotiation skills.
Aggressive and result-oriented, able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and presentation in both English and Mandarin.
Strong command of computer skills and willing to learn the new things.
Training will be provided to the candidates and 5 days work (no shift duty requested)
