Our firm specializes in the financial services markets, particularly in retail and commercial banks, fund houses, asset management, general and life insurance companies, Information Technology (IT), engineering, Government and Public Sector.

Job Duties:

  • facilitating the smooth running of a project for community engagement;
  • assisting in programme scheduling and implementation;
  • assisting artists in research, artwork making and display set-up;
  • assisting in liaison with external parties including artists, non-profit organizations, social workers, contractors, etc;
  • assisting in venue booking, logistics and transportation arrangement for programmes in the museum and community venues;
  • guiding participants to experience the creative programmes and be the mediator of community engagement;
  • keeping record of the project for marketing, documentation and evaluation purpose;
  • sourcing and keeping track of display and programme materials; and
  • performing other duties in related to the display and programmes.

Requirements:

  • possess a recognised university degree, preferably in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Creative Media, Education, Cultural Studies, Humanities or equivalent;
  • have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in community projects as an assistant or educator is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • have strong interest in community engagement and communicating with different audience groups;
  • possess strong administrative and project coordination skills is preferred;
  • be able to work independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment;
  • be proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese; and
  • be able to work in the outdoors for a long period of time and carry out physical task
