RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consolidate, create and convert highly confidential financial and related documents in a team environment
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to fulfil client expectations
  • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of documents produced

Competencies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Form 5 / Diploma or above
  • Typing speed at least 50WPM (English) and 45WPM (Chinese-Cangjie)
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Highly organized, detail-orientated and excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge in financial printing will be an advantage
  • Shift work required
