Responsibilities
• Handling different business sectors to achieve business targets and other KPIs
• Formulate marketing and promotion strategies to meet the business goals
• Lead a marketing team and assign tasks to appropriate team members
• Explore business opportunities by maintaining relationships with customers
• Handle portfolio management and minimize the portfolio delinquency ratio
• Update market information to senior managements and assist to implement business decisions
• Maintain cordial working relationship with other departments to ensure operations
• Assure compliance with Company or Group policies as well as Regulations set by the regulators
• Keep track with the monthly performance including business development and credit control and delinquency etc.
• Participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree Holder
• 8-year experience in consumer banking/finance in bank
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Have board experience and knowledge in finance products & development
• Strong leadership skill and lead a team of marketing executives to achieve the targets
• Good Presentation, inter-personal, communication skills
• High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and work independently
