Description
- Handle incoming enquires via calls, emails and live chat
- Follow up on customers feedback
- Resolve customer’s technical issue
- working closely with different team to fulfil customer’s needs
- Assist in Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Profile
- 1+ years experience in customer service or related field
- Good Customer-serving manner, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Native Malay speaking
- Good command in English
- Good command in Mandarin speaking is a plus
