Job Responsibilities :

• To assist the chef for day-to-day operations of the kitchen
• To assist to produce of all food products under the guidelines of company
• To ensure the quality standards and procedures are in line with company rules and regulations
• To maintain the inventory of food and ingredients and replenishment
• Monitor the cleanliness as well as sanitation of the kitchen

Requirement :

• Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
• At least 1 – 3 years relevant experience in western restaurant
• Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent to Communication in English
• Valid Permit to work in Hong Kong
• Location : Central
• Less experience will be considered as Demi Chef
