Location: Central (near MTR station)
Flexible working arrangement: This role will be office based for at least the first month in order to be trained. After that if the individual can demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision then this role can also follow our company’s flexible working arrangement like flexi working hours or even work from home.
To provide administration support to look after Hongkong email inbox for external clients, to review the email, allocate the client’s request to relevant internal functions against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. Undertakes a range of administrative activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients.
– Tertiary education level but not necessarily degree.
– Fluent spoken and written English & Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
– Computer literate – Office 365, email handling /sorting , Adobe Acrobat.
– Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
– Knowledge /experience of Shipping /Marine industry will be an advantage but not essential.
