Job mission
Ambassador of the Maison, he/she has a high ability to transmit the passion and values of the Maison, he/she ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, in or outside the boutique. He/she is an excellent performer in achieving sales targets and proactively develops through targeted and anticipated actions his/her client portfolio.

Main accountabilities
1. Sales Target Achievements

Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale, in and outside the boutique and during specific events

Perfectly anticipates, prepares and organizes exclusive high ticket presentations and client previews

Perfectly masters the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)

Perfectly adapts according to clients’ needs and motivations

Strives to always improve and surprise the clients

Deals with ease during negotiations and objections

Acts as the privileged contact for the clients in case of Care Service

Meets individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative and notably on high ticket sales

Proposes and develops special orders regularly

2. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

Cultivates exceptional client relationships, with international clients, to maintain and enhance the client loyalty of his/her current portfolio

Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop his/her client base, in collaboration with local and international HJ team, to treat existing high ticket clients, upgrade high potentials, and regain lost clients

Efficiently develops the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the boutique and having hunting in mind at all time

Participates to client events and to all high ticket client events and/or actions

3. Maison Referent

Represents the Maison in all high ticket events (Biennale, fairs, events, etc.)

Gives feedback on competition, market trends and client feedback regarding our creations
