Job Descriptions:

• Assist in HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, compensation & benefits administration, training, performance management and staff relation
• Update and maintain the human resources data base and personnel records
• Perform general administrative support to the company
• Maintain company’s HR system and staff database
• Organize various staff and company activities
• Prepare and compile various HR reports
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel management or related disciplines
• At least 2 year’s relevant experience, with exposure in hotel industry is highly preferable
• Well-versed in HK Labor Ordinance
• Good team player with positive attitude, people-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Mature and detail-minded
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Administration Officer
