To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for a high caliber talent to join us in the following position:
- Handle helpdesk calls related to query/incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems
- Perform remote support on software configuration and customization to workstation, such as anti-virus software setup and Windows platforms support
- Provide on-site technical support on hardware/software installation, relocation work of systems, such as PC and printers
- Assist in project rollout such as contractor co-ordination, accessories installation, PC data migration, data erasure activities
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk Support or Technical Support.
- Good communications skill and self-motivated
