Our company provides wide range of services from system/network implementation, cloud platform, application development and technical support services. To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for a high caliber talent to join us in the following position:

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle helpdesk calls related to query/incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems
  • Perform remote support on software configuration and customization to workstation, such as anti-virus software setup and Windows platforms support
  • Provide on-site technical support on hardware/software installation, relocation work of systems, such as PC and printers
  • Assist in project rollout such as contractor co-ordination, accessories installation, PC data migration, data erasure activities

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk Support or Technical Support.
  • Good communications skill and self-motivated
