Job Description
CL Technical Services Limited was established in 1994 and started providing recruitment and secondment services to our clients since 1998. We provide 1-stop recruitment & secondment services to many major corporations of diversified business natures. We engaged of sourcing IT Professionals to fulfil different business needs of our clients. Helping to pick the best candidates for the job. We aim to assist our clients to develop strategies and policies that enlarge the recruitment channels which enabling them to increase their service capabilities and focus on developing the core business.
About the role:
- Provide support to users for resolving IT problems
- Conduct trouble shooting and handle job orders when service inspections are required
- Maintain customer records through information received from incoming calls
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
About the person:
- F.5 / HKDSE certificate holder or above
- Polite, cheerful, positive attitude, customer-oriented, good team player
- Good command in Cantonese
- Basic PC knowledge
- Fresh graduate applicants are welcome
- HK Permanent resident is required
- Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
