This is a key position in Sustainability Sourcing for an organized, passionate, and goal-oriented future leader who has great growth opportunity in sustainability via:

• Establishing supply base for adidas circular services (Made-to-be-remade)
• Connecting with external expertise including but not limited to textile recycling
• Supporting development/enhancement of adidas Sustainability strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Support screening and assessment of chemical recycling supplier
• Support the onboarding best-in-class recyclers, provide or coordinate training to recycler as needed
• Support discussion with supplier partners and internal counterparts on cost, technical capabilities, material requirements, etc.
• Manage all operational aspects related to recycling; effectively engage SEA and other related functions as needed
• Proactively learn recycling knowledge and embrace information-sharing to leverage learnings
• Document and update SOP and key processes on regular basis
• Continuously review processes across regions and standardize where possible, and customize where necessary; identify opportunities for improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge on Sourcing business, operations, processed and systems Proven track records on sourcing experiences with supplier interaction
• End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems on hand
• Good stakeholder management, Change management, and influencing skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal), mandarin an advantage
• Good PowerPoint and storytelling skills

Requisite Education and Qualifications:

• University degree
• Minimum 4 years working experiences in Sourcing Operations
