Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

The Marketing & Communications Executive is responsible for the regional adaptation and deployment of A. Lange & Söhne’s global strategy with the aim of maximizing the exposure, brand awareness and visibility of A. Lange & Söhne in North East Asia (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & South Korea). He/she will be in charge of the operational implementation of defined Marketing tools in order to develop the business according to the brand’s guidelines and requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EVENTS

  • Coordination and implementation of local events & exhibitions according to yearly strategy & activities plan
  • Coordinate with HQ Marketing team and multi-level parties
  • Prepare briefs to suppliers, negotiate quotes, control of quality of deliverables and follow-up on completion or delivery of assigned jobs as per the deadlines
  • Coordination & follow up on obtaining permits from various organizations (authorities, facilities etc.) to ensure event installation as per set time frame
  • Apply Richemont Security guidelines and ensure event is set and organized according to group procedures
  • Follow-up with suppliers on invoices related to specific jobs

CRM

  • In charge of icm-system operations in collaboration with retail team and HQ as per yearly activities plan
  • Develop and coordinate client action plans for transversal functions: profiling clients, segmentation, and criteria definition for event invitation, mailing, emailing campaigns etc.
  • Measure and communicate performance results, campaign monitoring, best practices etc.

PR

  • Coordinate and organize all media relations within the NEA region as per yearly brand strategy, organize execution in cooperation with PR agency
  • Support the brand exposure via quality PR development
  • Keep & strengthen close relations with media to enhance brand exposure and ensure coverage (print, digital and social media)
  • Support development of press materials, coordinate text translations and execute proof reading
  • Explore and suggest further/new activities to reach out to new target groups whilst still preserving our brand image
  • Manage and coordinate photo-shoots

MEDIA

  • Implement the brand’s integrated media campaigns (print, digital, OOH, Search, and social media) as per regional objectives and corporate guidelines
  • Content development and execution of local IG account
  • Liaise with media buying agencies for media selections and campaign adaptation
  • Build and follow up on coop-media activities with partners
  • Liaise with HQ’s communication team for validation of media plans and visuals
  • Liaise with advertising production companies for timely artwork delivery
  • Follow-up with suppliers and partners on invoices and payments
  • Ensure that all budgets are respected

TRADE MARKETING

  • Special events merchandising (ordering, shipping, displaying) with support of Marketing & Sales team
  • Ensure an accurate yearly ordering of all trade related materials, based on yearly strategic planning and ensure order processing and dispatching, via internal NSI system use

REPORTING

  • Monthly and on-demand reports to Head of Marketing & Communications, Brand Director and HQ
  • Assistance to Business Plan

BUDGET

  • Strict follow-up on invoices with suppliers, partners & HQ
  • Budget follow-up within allocated projects

JOB PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing
  • Understanding and knowledge of the luxury industry
  • Displays a clear understanding of the local & regional market and its network
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive and passionate personality with attention to details
  • Team player with a positive attitude, result oriented and creative thinker
  • Flexibility to work additional hours if necessary and travel if needed
