MAIN PURPOSE

Provide support to the Sales Operations team and responsible for demand planning, as well as to optimize the supply and stock availability, while respecting product strategy and commercial guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Planning

• Collaborative Sales Forecast
• Novelties deployment planning with Marketing to be aligned with quota plan
• Define MDS per network/boutique & adjust vs. sales trend
• Define MDS per network/boutiques & adjust vs. sales trend
• Define extreme size off-line MDS & adjust vs. sales trend
• MDS Upload on SAP
• Retailer Assortment (RA) adjustment with Marketing

Supply & Stock Management

HJ Routing and Dispatch:

• Communication / coordination / execution with HQ, other markets and Boutiques
• HJ MDS tracking
• APAC event sales stock sourcing/coordination
• Event’s sales follow-up

Stock Monitoring:

• Novelties monitoring, actual deliveries vs. quota plan
• MDS monitoring
• MDS metric & extreme sizes monitoring

Stock Balancing / Reshuffling (Inter networks and intra Retail):

• Shortage and top models analysis
• Other models analysis

Stock Allocation:

• Incoming stock analysis and allocation to WHS and RET Boutiques
• Wholesale back-order allocation

Stock Return HQ Campaign:

• Return requests analysis
• Stock Maintenance
• Own Stock maintenance / repair validation
• CS repair follow-up with platform (Leadtime, SP shortage …)

Supply Management:

• Manual replenishment monitoring and follow-up with HQ
• OTB Jewelry monthly manual order
• Wholesale monthly stock plan vs sales target achievement
• Extreme size buffer stock analysis
• Jewelry size swap for stock optimization
• Ad-hoc projects (VM, incentive, events, exhibition, new btq opening …)

Inventory – Stock Take:

• Stock count for office safe and display windows
• Retailer stock take for Booster accuracy
