Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal technical IT support and resolve system-related problems
- Monitor and fine-tune various system and database performances
- Propose software and hardware and provide functional and technical requirements to management,
- Participate in design specifications and testing of IT infrastructure (incl. WIFI network)
- Ensure that IT projects are delivered within time schedule and budget, and ensuring that the delivered system meets all business’ needs
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Audit system and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Qualification:
- Advance diploma or Associate Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT Support, IT Project Management, Vendor Management or System Analysis is essential
- Experiences in hotels will be an advantage
- Solid experience in server maintenance and management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
