Description

• This is an individual contributor role for Hong Kong and Taiwan Market

• Provide effective and accurate business solutions

• Work closely with internal teams to achieve overall business objectives and create additional business opportunities

• Build the pipeline and drive the business to closing and ensure total customer satisfaction

• Manage close business relationship with clients

• Develop, maintain and expand senior client relationships and lead cross functional consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.

• Apply design-lead thinking to create innovative and customer-centric propositions

• Modelling, Multi-Channel Attribution, Digital Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Demand Forecasting, Customer Segmentation

Profile

• 4 – 6 years of experience in Retail/Ecommerce Consultant agencies or Ecommerce Service providers

• Experience in working as a product sales is preferrable

• Applicant for DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) would require experience in Magento/Salesforce/Shopify, prefer in Retail & FMCG industry

• Applicant for Omnichannel would require experience in major Ecommerce marketplace operation, prefer in Retail & FMCG industry

• High level of tolerant, self-motivation, mind to achieve great goals and passion for learning

• Think outside the box

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Desire to grow your career

• Result oriented with strong influencing skills and ability to operate across all levels of an organization

• Understanding of data visualization strategies used to illustrate information using technology such as Tableau or QlikView

• Excellent communication skills to deliver high quality content and final deliverables and build client confidence in the proposition

• Familiar with AWS, Azure and/or Mulesoft will be a plus
