- To contribute and execute new ideas for call center business development;
- Support directly to sales channels concerning call center operation;
- System data maintaining, data entry and system testing;
- Assist in compiling sales reports and conducting sales analysis;
- Assist in stock ordering process and housekeeping activities;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel is a must
