In this role, you are responsible for:

Analyse critical operational incidents, investigate root causes and provide assessment of corrective or mitigation measures
Report operational risk issues and decisions to senior management on regular basis
Monitor and report the execution of key controls in the Bank
Ensure timely performance of controls assigned to Operational Risk and prepare results analysis and escalation reports
Perform independent investigation of fraud cases, client complaints or ad-hoc reviews, including risk assessment, evaluation of corrective and risk mitigating measures and presentation to Management as well as HO
Liaise with other functions locally, regionally and with HO to align the Risk Framework of the Bank and ensure local implementation of Global Minimum Standards and Controls

To qualify for this role, you must have the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, or related discipline with 8-10 years working experience in private banking
A risk-oriented mindset with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attentive to details, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
