Job Description
Responsibilities
l To liaise with internal team and external parties and follow up all aspects of fitting-out projects such as material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure, etc.
l To prepare regular progress report, meeting minutes
l Prepare tender submission, tender analysis
l Assist to develop cost planning and project budgeting
l Implementing continuous cost control
l Preparation of quantities and coordination with the Project Team and the Purchasing Department for material ordering.
l Assist to prepare variation submission, follow up variation assessment
l Settlement of final account for both main/subcontracts.
l To assist supervisor in other Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
l Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies/ Surveying/ Construction Management
l At least 2 years’ experiences in fitting-out of commercial projects.
l Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project and Outlooks
l Experience in using AutoCAD on fitting-out projects.
l Self-motivated, independent, responsible and can work under pressure.
l Experience in fitting out projects for main contractor
l Good command in both English and Chinese
l Good interpersonal and negotiation skill
l Immediate available is preferred
