Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to our guests
• Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking
• Greet all the guests pleasantly
• Handle walk in customers enquiry and seats arrangement
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant
• Ad hoc support that assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year frontline experience
• Good command of English and Putonghua is a must, fluent Cantonese, other languages are advantages
• Experience in handling mass walk in customers is surely an advantage
• Clear mindset, Cheerful, and Detail-minded

Work Location : 鮨穴 (Time Square, Causeway Bay)
