Key Responsibilities

• Design workflow and standards in health assessment, nursing procedures and drug administration for clients in CUHK Clinic
• Perform and supervise clinical assistant in medical examinations and interventions to ensure client comfort, safety with proper infection control in all procedures
• Ensure smooth operations of the clinic; such as staff supervision, proper handling of clients’ needs and maintenance of optimal level of supplies
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards at a clinic setting
• Undertake general duties as required
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Registered Nurse) assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related disciplines
• Holder of a Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in specialist outpatient or medical centre settings is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Skills in phlebotomy is preferred

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
