Senior Customer Care Officer (Insurance)

Our client is a leading and well-reputable international insurance firm providing global insurance, investment management, and other financial services. They are looking for a high caliber to join their customer care team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer complaints and provide equitable solutions in a timely manner
  • Manage phone call, email and written correspondence; processing and follow-up on customer’s enquiries
  • Resolve customer’s requests efficiently and provide solutions as well as to build strong relationship
  • Develop and manage customers loyalty by providing quality service
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties; ensure all cases are recorded in system

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma holder or above in Finance/ Insurance, or any related disciplines
  • At least 2 years customer service experience in banking or insurance industry
  • Preferably with progress in IIQE 1, 2, 3
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill and able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
