To drive strategic marketing plan and direction for EMEA and Asia, we are looking for a solid team support coordinator to join our team. This role is the backbone of the operation of the team, he/she will be critical in streamlining our process and maintaining operational excellence. The candidate will play a key role in handling various coordination tasks and managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Planning and Support

  • Partner with the Regional Category & Insights manager on category and consumer insights utilizing NPD data and internal POS on an ongoing basis and during key activation periods
  • Admin support for Strategic Brand Planning needs driven by the Regional Marketing Director and SBM/MM
  • Creation of local market key Activation trackers (Party/Pulse)

Category and Product Administration support

  • Update and maintain key marketing materials: e.g. shape of the line documents
  • Support the Marketing Director and SBM/MM in the delivery of other ad hoc projects within budget and timelines
  • Ensure that Marketing data is correct and maintained in internal planning systems (such as P2M)
  • Liaise with Global teams for all product set-up requirements and to ensure data accuracy
  • P2M Updates: responsible for updating the system based on direction from brand leads

Administrations support for Go To Market Execution

  • Co-ordinate the ordering, monitoring and tracking of product samples for Marketing initiatives and partner needs (where applicable)
  • Asset (e.g. product pictures) delivery to agencies / partners and partnering with GCO on critical needs
  • Support all marketing activities including promotions and presentations
  • Responsible for creation and upkeep of activation tracker
  • Be the custodian of samples from our global sourcing organization whilst they are being used for events (tbc depending on further preview process)
  • Manage and co-ordinate the forecast, order and tracking of all samples for events and on-shelf stock from DCs, ordering of finished product samples for promotions
  • Adhere to all security processes for secure IP Samples and assets by using the tracking system (tbc depending on further preview process)
  • Forecast and monitor sample costs until all accurate costs are in
  • Support in the delivery of Toy Fair and other events, if required and relevant
  • Track customer ratings and make the Brand Manager or Customer Service aware if action needs to be taken
  • Coordinate product catalogue (Hasbro catalogue)

Finance

  • Raise purchase requisitions (PR’s) and submit for approval
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow PR’s through approvals to become Purchase Orders PO’s
  • New vendor setup and SOXX renewal
  • Track and chase money movement with Finance, as requested by the marketing team
  • Maintain finance tracking documents for ease of reporting
  • Pricing set up sheets (Work cross-functionally with Sales and Finance team for the set-up and pricing of retailer programs and displays)

Experience Required:

  • Evidence of managing a large volume of data and project management
  • Experience of working in administrative and data role
  • Ability to interact with those in other teams

  • A confident and effective communicator, with people at all levels and cross culturally, both verbal and written
