PURPOSE

• Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth operation within the Supply Chain Management department.

Key Responsibilities:

Ordering Management

• Ensure accurate and timely purchase order placement with sourcing or factories
• Monitor the order status for each buy cutoff and well communicate with different counterparts
• Communicate with Sourcing Order Management Team & Global Supply Planning Team for order related issues

Shipment Management * Monitor the shipment status and well communicate with different counterparts

• Provide updated information to related counterparts
• Follow up and maintain the record of the sample order shipment
• Communicate with different teams for short shipment / partial shipment

Invoicing * Invoice checking and maintain the invoice record

• Coordinate with Finance Team or Sourcing Finance Team for invoice related issues
• Maintain adirace price setting

Data Management * Maintain accurate data in adirace system, including article setup, article information update, purchase order creation

• Maintain accurate and updated data in all shared files/reports

Forecasting * Upload all forecasts accurately to system on time

• Fix all forecast errors
• Communicate with Category PlanningTeam on all forecasting issues
• Provide support & back up during the absence of other teammates
• Any Purchasing related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge and background of purchasing and sourcing preferred
• Knowledge of textile, footwear or sports product market in Hong Kong preferred
• Strong numeric skills
• Effective communication skills

• Organizational skills
• Time management
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin preferably

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• Working experience in consumer goods brand preferred
