Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in selling Telecom produst to corprate companies
  • Evaluate problems / issues raised by customer and provide solution effectively to build customer loyalty
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience Sales/ CS hotline or other call centre related job
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Good in customer service mindset and interpersonal communication skill
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure
