Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of C&B operational support and HR services, including but not limited to the on-boarding and the off-boarding processes, monthly payroll preparation, MPF administration, tax returns preparation and other HR related matters
- Provide data input, analysis & reports, update employee records & handle staff enquiries
- Ensure local HR processes and policies are compliant to local law requirement
- Participate in HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Experience in engineering and construction related industry will be of advantage
- Solid experience in C&B Operations and payroll preparation is necessary
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance, tax law and other related regulations
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with Workday (HRIS) experience preferred
- A team player but self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Attentive to details, result oriented and strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese – written and spoken
