Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of C&B operational support and HR services, including but not limited to the on-boarding and the off-boarding processes, monthly payroll preparation, MPF administration, tax returns preparation and other HR related matters
  • Provide data input, analysis & reports, update employee records & handle staff enquiries
  • Ensure local HR processes and policies are compliant to local law requirement
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience
  • Experience in engineering and construction related industry will be of advantage
  • Solid experience in C&B Operations and payroll preparation is necessary
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance, tax law and other related regulations
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with Workday (HRIS) experience preferred
  • A team player but self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Attentive to details, result oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese – written and spoken
