Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate will join the Marketing & Communication department of Cartier Hong Kong & Macau, directly reporting to the Marketing Director. Key responsibilities include business & Marketing reports, analysis and intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES PERFORMANCE

  • Manage all sales related reports (Daily Sales Flash / Weekly Estimate / Monthly Final Results / Monthly sales summary / ExCo summary)
  • Analyze trends and drive insights for management action. Identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage sales budget and reporting process (LIGHT reporting process / Sales Budget File Update)

MARKETING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

  • Manage product performance related reports (Monthly Marketing Reports, product dashboards)
  • Analyze Marketing activations performance: set up KPIs with the different teams, track 360 results, drive learnings by comparison with previous campaigns.
  • Support Management team for delivering Business Reviews for strategic meetings
  • Support ExCo team for strat plan preparation

BUSINESS SUPPORT & PERFORMANCE

  • Work closely with management and key stakeholders (product/ client / digital / network/ e-commerce) to gather requirements and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
  • Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic solutions, translating complicated problems into simple frameworks
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualizatio

COMPETENCIES

  • University graduate in business, marketing or related disciplines
  • Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong SAP and Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
  • Fluent in spoken & written Englis
  • Positive & energetic
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • High level of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality

ELIGIBILITY TO THE

  • Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
  • Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
