Responsibilities:

• Responsible for settlement of various financial products including HK and foreign securities
• Communicate with outside brokers/ banks to arrange settlement and monitor the outstanding issues.
• Responsible for the duties of Nominees and Corporate Actions for HK and overseas market
• Ensure operations procedures are carried out in accordance with the internal and regulatory requirements.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years relevant settlement experience in brokerage house with exposure to both HK and overseas securities
• Familiar with back office system, eg. TTL, CTM, CCASS, MX
• Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements for equities
• Good team player
• Good command in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Willing to work overtime
• MS Word/ Excel skills
